What is your academic & professional background?

I received my BA from SUNY New Paltz and my MA from New York University in Mental Health Counseling and School Counseling.

Prior to working at Resilient Self Therapy I provided counseling to children and coaching to parents. I completed training in Sensory Integration, Child Centered Play Therapy and SPACE (Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions).

The transformative process of therapy is so meaningful to me. Being a part of my client’s journey of self discovery and healing is truly an honor. I love co-creating a sense of safety where my client’s can be honest and vulnerable in order to find more joy, fulfillment and alignment in their lives.

Curiosity, Growth, Compassion.

Reading, walking my dog George, exercising (spin, hiking, lifting weights, yoga), studying Human Design and Astrology.
