It’s important that the clinicians of Resilient Self Therapy have flexibility in their schedules. By performing my duties, I hope to take some responsibilities off of their plates. More time = self-care = better practitioners!
I love that I can work on the valuable skills of organization and coordination while contributing to the betterment of Resilient Self Therapy.
I love to explore outdoors in the woods or swim in the ocean, but also enjoy movement indoors through Ashtanga or at the local gym. I also like to unwind with a good book and all the latest reality TV. And I love a good cup of coffee.

I’m a big believer in integrating mental and physical wellness and love working with young adults (and those young at heart!) going through life transitions, exploring identity, managing grief, and facing chronic illness.
I enjoy how individual and unique the work is. No client is the same and I love figuring out what helps each person during different phases of their life. I’m grateful to be able to approach therapy as a united team with each client and co-create a safe and trusting space to support them in [...]
