I enjoy biking in Central Park, playing soccer with friends and reading books on the subway. I am also really passionate about un-gendering fashion and expanding upon the blurred line of androgyny.

Resilience, creativity, and transformation.
I attained a bachelor's degree in psychology from Bard College and a Masters in Social Work from Silberman School of Social Work at Hunter College. I've also worked as a child therapist in a non-profit that provides services to NYC students and families.
I have seen and felt the power that therapeutic alliances can create. One of my greatest joys is watching people expand their minds and change their internal landscape. The healing journey is such a raw and vulnerable experience and I feel humbled and honored to experience it with others.
Listening to my favorite podcast, squeezing in non-academic reading time, dancing as much as possible, spoiling my dog, or being in nature.

I love to explore outdoors in the woods or swim in the ocean, but also enjoy movement indoors through Ashtanga or at the local gym. I also like to unwind with a good book and all the latest reality TV. And I love a good cup of coffee.
