Resilient Self Therapy

Our therapists treat adults 18 to 40+ who are experiencing significant life angst or transition related to identity, career, sexuality, and interpersonal relationships. We can help with mood disorders such as anxiety and depression, grief, loss or bereavement, imposter syndrome, self-esteem, shame, relationship issues, substance use, and more.

Hours: Mon.-Fri. 9:00 AM - 9:00 PM by appointment
